The sales person was helpful. He was able to provide ample info about mattress. I contacted him with a couple of months to discuss my dissatisfaction with my matress. He listened patiently and thought he might actually be interested in my concerns. He stated he would have a sales rep. to come by to look at my mattress. It is now 4 months since our purchase and no one has come to look at matress. Contacted Park Place Corp. nothing from either yet!
