Had just been in a car accident desperate for a new bed I spent about $1500. Suppose to be $2300 mattress. it was horrible, called right away, guy came out measured sag 1/4" off to what it had to be for them to return it. also pulled backing off box spring said something was loose, like I did it. said I knew nothing about that, I could not get dressed by myself because of accident. 1 week later now we are less than 1/8 inch off (IN ONE WEEK!) Manufacture got all uppity said I was being unreasonable and he would no longer send any one out for any reason. I was appalled. Had to throw the bed out in less than a month and went to Costco and bought a new bed. Again I would not buy my Dog a bed in the store from Simmons or .Sleep Country. Never had service so bad, was hurting from accident waiting for surgery and they would not help, Threw every penny out the door. I only wanted an exchange, no money back, There should have been no problem have picture with over 1 and 1/2 inch sag in about a month. I was out of work for over 2 years and my boyfriend will never work again, It was a nightmare. Now I get to do it all over again because of a house fire., NO I WILL NOT SHOP at SLEEP COUNTRY or SIMMONS. I highly caution you to look at other choices. I am Not sure any more of model or when I bought it. Not a great time for me everything is kind of a blur during that first year after accident and injections in spine and 3 surgeries later for me and my now ex-boyfriend. I have many pictures most are dated beginning of Jan, 2010 so not sure of date but they are terrible companies,
