I bought 14 single mattress, so far one had a defect, spring popping through. On the first call I was advised an inspector would call. After a day of waiting, a second call was placed. A customer service rep did not care that someone has to sleep on a mattress with something sticking in her side. I was then informed I needed to fill out on line form with pictures for their people to review and they will get back to me. I will never deal with this company again. It seems we got your money now go away
