The service in the store and the delivery people were awesome. We got a dud mattress and the company warranty people rejected my claim even though it was obvious from the photos we submitted shows there is a problem. They wanted to see a photo of the frame we were using to ensure it hade a middle post even though we bought the frame with the mattress on the same purchase so they should know that info. Their instructions are poorly worded.
