From my experience I can really say this store focuses on customer service. The consultant, Diane, was courteous and professional and helped me through the process. I did not feel pressured at all. Once I told her what I was looking for she lead me in the right directions so I didn’t have to spend time on the wrong mattresses for me. While this store does not have as many mattresses as other locations, the pillow selection was excellent and I will be back for new pillows soon. The manager, Angel, was also great.
