I have been extremely disappointed with my purchase from day one! I have tried to like my bed and have given it a chance to see if my experience will get better! Although I received my mattress the next day after purchase, I noticed it was wrapped different from others on the truck and noticed it had a deep dent in the middle of the mattress. I had not thought to much about it, but it is clear that this mattress was used and apparently was the one they used for the demonstration of comfort level. I hate this bed. I am responsible for not reporting this earlier.
