Such a great purchase experience--the people at Nest were quick to respond, efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to be sure our mattress arrived by the date we needed it. So pleased with both their products and their customer service that we bought a second guest bed mattress from them as well! This is the high water mark of customer service.
