I didn't have much interaction with anyone other than the website. I did my research, made my choice and bought my mattress. It shipped fast and easy enough with very adequate packaging. It even comes with a little teddy bear that they tell you to share a picture of on social media to get a free pillow. I shared my post, they retweeted and favorited it but I never got a pillow. After a couple a couple fruitless inquiries about the offer, I decided to just enjoy the bed I bought.
