My wife have had some issues adjusting to the new mattress, and they wanted her to have a great night sleep no matter what. They sent us a pillow top for the mattress at no cost to us. I also purchased one of their easy breather pillows for my wife and after a month or two the pillow wasn't working out for her. I emailed her complaints and again they sent us more filling for the pillow at no additional cost to us. They really stand behind their products.
