I thought the store and staff were good. The product I bought caused progressively worse back pain. Back pain started as slight stiffness and progressed to back spasms while rolling over in bed and on waking. Stiffness developed to all day discomfort. I tried to exchange for a firmer model but denied by company, as request outside of 100 days. Note: first 30 days of ownership does not allow for return and the total trial period is 100 days. The mattress started off good but progressively caused more pain. I do not recommend this mattress for side sleepers.

There is a zipper on the latex which allows you to exchange to a softer piece of latex. You don't need to exchange to a firmer bed, simply replace the latex to the firmer piece. Simply reach out to our staff. Despite saying we have very poor service you will find the opposite is true. They will help you.
