I was with my in-laws and they bought a chair at this store and it is infested with Bedbugs. They would not do anything about it and were very rude. Buyers BEWARE ! ! !

    How can allow someone to put info on here that isn’t proven true! I
    work for this store and this is not what happened! Maybe you should verify your stories before you print the review.

    Hi Anonymous -- Thanks for your comment. I can certainly appreciate your frustration with receiving a review like this. It's good to see that you are responding to it, however in the future I might respectfully suggest that your response be directed toward resolving the problem with your customer rather than taking issue with the platform on which it was submitted.

    In terms of your suggestion, I'm afraid no online review platform can possibly "verify stories" posted by its users. TBH I'm not even sure how this would work but I guess it would require some sort of detective agency and a judicial process similar to a court of law (?). In any case, even the largest review platforms on the internet -- Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc. -- are not able to do anything of this sort.

    That said, at GoodBed we do take moderation of our reviews very seriously. We take great efforts, including both computerized spam prevention tools and a human review of every single review, in order to prevent people from posting fake reviews or reviews that otherwise violate our guidelines. On top of this, we of course give all companies the ability to respond to any reviews they receive, whether to resolve the issue or to set the record straight. You certainly have that ability and we would encourage you to take advantage of it.
