Brian was very personable. He gave us the space to try on different beds. Since I've searched on this website and got a recommendation for latex bed, I found this store has the best variety of latex bed in town. He didn't push for the latex bed but explained why people like latex bed. Since my husband and I've weight is very different, I needed something soft, and he needed something firm. We ended getting the firm latex with the 3 inches latex mattress topper on it. So it's soft enough for me for support and firm enough for him. And when we turn and flip, we can barely feel it from each other. The adjustable bed is also a great plus for us. I had to sleep in 20-30 degree upright position to release my back pain. It is great!
