Was disappointed with nectar mattress, tried to return it was told there was a restocking fee but nectar offers free returns. Finally agreed to this just to get mattress out of my house, been waiting since 10:30 am it is now 3:30 pm, was told by mattress firm we emailed warehouse responsible for pickup and have gotten no respond from them. I have bought two mattress sets snd a hybrid mattress from them before this. They have lost me as a customer.

A restocking fee on a Nectar mattress? Not meaning to throw shade, but that is surprising. I wonder if perhaps there was a misunderstanding. Return policies are certainly up to the retailer, but as far as I was aware, most retailers who carry Nectar will honor the Nectar return policy when Nectar products are concerned, even if it's more generous than their standard return policy. Sorry you encountered this exception.
