I bought a Luxi 3 in 1 mattress in February of this year. I tried all three configurations and all of them were too soft so I requested a refund and completed and returned all paperwork promptly. I have been diligent in following up with them on the status of my refund - which for some reason is coming as a check instead of a refund to my original payment method - since May of this year and I STILL haven't received a refund. I keep being told that it's coming or has been sent out but when I ask for a picture of the check I get no response. I don't know if they ever sent anything out, but I do know that I definitely never received it. I don't know if I'm ever going to receive anything - at this point I'm considering legal action to see if I can get some kind of return on this after legal fees. BUYER BEWARE - don't purchase from Luxi thinking you can just refund if you're unhappy with your purchase because that definitely hasn't been my experience.
