My Family has bought most of our furniture at Jordan's for years and have always been very satisfied. We bought a really good bed there about 4 years ago and the topper on the bed has begun to wear and not be supportive of good sleep/ We complained and at first it didn't seem to meet warranty deficits but the Manager of the service center has corrected this completely - restoring our faith as customers - This is a quality store and the professional who resolved this should be commended.
