The people at Nest are friendly, informed and efficient. I am so impressed. They helped put my mind at ease with an allergy issue, helped me decide which mattress would be the best fit and even awarded me $100 from a coupon I had forgotten to give with the initial order, but remembered a few hours later. What an impressive company!
