We feel like Casey went above and beyond to help us and was very patient. We had to go back three or four times before we could make up our mind. Each time he was very patient and knowledgeable. His consistent, honest answers to all our questions proved superior product knowledge. He went above and beyond to help us with an insurance claim by getting the information we needed and the statement we needed on a letterhead from his Manager.
We visited several other mattress stores in addition to Denver mattress but went back to this one for final purchase. We have been a customer of Denver mattress for about 20 years now. We’ve bought several mattresses and customer service like this is why we continue to return!
