Lanny was extremely helpful when we came in to shop. We were originally just looking at the Purple mattresses but he showed many comparable models and we ended up selecting something different. He was so patient and guided us through at least 15 models of pillows while answering every question we had. He helped us stay within our budget and ensured we got exactly what we were looking for with no sales pressure. Great experience!
