My wife and I are a Heavy Weight couple. We wanted a mattress that was made to accommodate us. Keith listened to our need. He asked questions to help us understand the differences between make and models of the various mattresses available. He had a large selection for us to choose from. Provided options for mattress protection and bed sheets. We set up a delivery date and scheduled for removal of our old mattress. It was an enjoyable experience for all of us.
