After having been on mattress sales floor a very short time , my Mrs and I were joyfully greeted by Drew. After introductions and asking for the beds in our size and price range, we were taken to an area to lie down and test beds in our own time and comfort zone. There were no hard sales or offers of items beyond our ask. Drew offered information about our 2 selections helping us make our choice easier. Drew left us time to communicate amongst ourselves and also made himself available when we were prepared to make our purchase. He offered financing options, he offered options and explained pillows and mattress covers. Again no push or hard sales just offers allowing us to choose comfortably what suited our needs. Drew is top notch reliable and personable at his position. I will recommend Drew by name to my friends and family should mattress purchases be the topic of conversation.. Thank you Drew and the rest of those fellas loading my vehicle at the dock!
