I had an idea of what I wanted but tried out almost every single bed on the place just to be sure. I got to try a variety of pillows, too, and found my perfect mattress when I used a lower profile pillow.
Alan provided me with a detailed answer to any question I asked, from mattress construction to financing.
I was also given ample time to go from one mattress to another (multiple times) when choosing from three finalists.
I didn’t feel pressured and it was an easy process to get all the details set up. I was able to accomplish it all on my lunch hour.
