Greeted very well at the store, two salesmen said they would be right with me, they were helping other customers.
While I was looking at the selection of beds, Jenessa came over and asked if she could help me. I let her know I had heard about the store and the Doctors Choice Mattress’s through family and friends. And I had, had some back surgery here a year ago, and not sleeping very well on my Memory Foam Mattress, waking up every morning with a back ache. She asked me if I was a back sleeper or side sleeper, I told her side. She suggested to me to try out a few different beds. I chose the Doctor’s Choice Elite Firm Queen, she informed me of the warranty, mattress protector and pillows with pillow protectors.
Jenessa was not pushy trying to sell me something I didn’t need, she listened to my needs and wants and what I was looking for, she suggested just enough and not to much.
I was very impressed and very pleased.
