Lower back pain and a suggestion that my mattress was the culprit compelled me to face a challenge I never enjoy--choosing from among far too many options. A reconnaissance call helped sort through possibilities and the in person investigation turned out to be stress free and wholly enjoyable. Roberto worked with me both times. He listened and suggested and demonstrated and clarified and did all that was needed to get a sale without pushing. I ended up spending a lot but feel enthusiastic (hopeful!) about the purchase. I am looking forward to better sleep, less pain, more energy -- a return to exuberance. I appreciated Roberto's knowledge and grace and willingness to smile and laugh with me.
