This was my first time buying a mattress, and I felt very much in over my head, but Zac was extremely patient and friendly with me! He answered all of my questions with expert knowledge, even encouraged more questions if I had any, and walked me through how to find the right mattress at a fair price. His recommendations were genuine, too; if he mentioned something and I decided to decline, he would not push for it and instead respectfully shifted gears to find something that would really work for me and my budget. He at NO point made me feel anything negative for my naivety in the process. I was worried I’d be met with someone who would just try and get a sale out of me, and instead Zac interacted with me as someone who genuinely cared about my quality of sleep and the highest quality of customer service.
