My process began in March and because I could only communicate via texts William Waters was my sales person. This was a challenge for both of us I think but his attitude, knowledge, and professionalism convinced me this purchase could be made online with very little difficulty. He answered all my questions in as timely a manner as possible. There was only one hiccup and that was that I had ordered 2 mattresses but only one came. This was not William’s fault and when I contacted him he took care of everything. I’m happy to say that we have 2 mattresses now and we will come back to Denver Mattress for any future bedding needs. The delivery guys were great both times as well.
