We purchased a very expensive PranaSleep mattress from City Mattress. The salesman assured us that it would retain its shape and not get body depressions. Less than 6 months after purchasing it, it was already showing signs of depressions with a hump in the middle. So, they sent a service person to our house to "test" the depressions. After this, I was informed that "yes" there were depressions, but they were not deep enough to warrant them doing anything about it. We waited a few more months and now the bed is like sleeping in a half pipe.

We decided to visit the store again in an attempt to resolve the problem. The salesman in the store basically said "what do you want me to do about it?" Their solution is to send out the guy that measures the depressions again. Total BS as far as I'm concerned. So now I have to take time out of my schedule again to wait for their so call service person. We have pictures showing the deep canyons in the bed, yet they will do nothing about it.

Their owner is on TV every five minutes touting how great their service is…..well i totally disagree. Mattress stores are a dime a dozen….do yourself a favor and find one that actually cares about their customers.
