Sleep Outfitters no longer carries this line. Well I know why and they are of no help in trying to solve the problem. Seems to me if they realized this was a bad product they would be on your side to get it resolved I need a new bed since We can no longer sleep on this one, since I received no help in resolving the issue from Sleep Outfitters I will not return for a new purchase of a useable and comfortable bed. I hope the owner of this company reads this complaint.
