We bought our original mattress in July but it was very hard and uncomfortable. Because it was a Stearns and Foster we expected better. Two other salesmen were unable or unwilling to provide a solution. However, Tim listened to us and went the extra mile to provide us the right mattress. We were resigned to poor sleep until we met Tim and he worked magic for us to get the right mattress and a o quick delivery. His actions are what good customer service is all about.
