I bought a dual hardness mattress and specifically asked if there would be a drop off in the center between the hard and soft side. The salesman assured me these were top of the line mattresses and that would never happen. I called them after just a few nights sleep and they told me I should have purchased a warranty and then they offered to sell me another mattress.
