Online ordering was easy. So far, follow-up has been good.. Still waiting for my delivery on mattress. Order only placed one week ago. Made my decision based on what I read and was reviewed here on the Good Bed .com site. Looked at many reviews and took the test, which helped immensely. Thank you GoodBed!! (I used your discount code) Hoping it sleeps like it sounds it should. Has a great trial/return warranty, so I'm not worried.
