I spent 2000.00 at the palmetto store..I bought a dining room table set a bunk bed with Mattress for my boys room I bought a sectional for my living room and u purchased insurance for my couch..a few days after I received my couch I noticed that the zipper on one of the seats wasn't working so I called the store n spoke to Daniel he told me to sent pictures and even got rude by asking my why am I just seeing this I had the couch for a few days now..I told him that we were out of town and had just got back.anyway I sent the pics and since march I've been hearing the same story"we sent a email out and we are waiting for a response or we are working on it" I paid for my couch to be covered in casies like this..and now ive had this couch for almost 3 months and still waiting on the replacement peice ..this really suck and to think I was going to buy more items from them you can forget that..I'll go to rooms to go instead.. I just need my couch fixed.. I wish I could return it and get my money back.
