- Set-up: Set-up provided free with delivery
- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$49)
- Timing: Local Delivery can be next day on in-stock items. Otherwise mattresses take 1-2 weeks depending on the brand.
- Notes: Mattress removal is waived for deliveries of Simmons mattresses, and is only $10 on local (Charlotte area) deliveries. Assembly of items not purchased from Sweet Dreams is not included or permitted. Delivery up more than 2 flights of stairs may require an additional charge.

- Fees: $150 exchange fee
- Notes: Only 1 exchange per customer. Exchanges not allowed for mattresses with stains. Allow 3-6 weeks for an exchange delivery to arrive. Mattresses from Tempur-Pedic, iComfort, and iSeries have special return provisions that may be more favorable.
