- Policy: Delivery available - Free with qualifying mattress purchase of $499 or more
- Set-up: Set-up provided free with delivery
- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided with delivery - Extra fee applies (+$10)
- Timing: Deliveries are scheduled in 2 hour blocks. Delivery occurs Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm.
- Notes: Removal or other items such as furniture, bulk or large items - We will happily remove your old mattress providing you have paid for our mattress removal bags. Any additional service in the home must be paid for. We will not remove hazardous items. Service rates for our delivery team are $100 per hour with a 30 minute minimum, billed at $50.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for store credit for up to 120 days (after 14 day minimum trial).
- Fees: 10% exchange fee ($150 minimum).
- Notes: For customers who test the mattress in our Dream Room before purchasing, we will extend the comfort guarantee on your new mattress to a full year from the date of delivery.
