The Purple Restore Hybrid line of mattresses represents Purple’s line of smooth-top, pocket spring hybrids. All of these use Purple’s signature polymer gel grid over a pocket spring support unit. As you step up the line, these models add taller gel grid layers, more comfort material, and vary the coil units to add more conformance and support. Note - this line replaced the previous Hybrid line which had names like the Purple 2, Purple 3, and Purple 4.
BEST if you
- Often sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is very good)
- Want a mattress that helps you stay cool while you sleep
- Prefer a mattress with very little 'memory feel'
- Would like a mattress with excellent adjustable base compatibility
NOT IDEAL if you
- Don't like a lot of bounce in your mattress
- Can be easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (though motion isolation is still pretty good)
- Want a natural or organic mattress (though this mattress is still OK in terms of avoiding harmful chemicals)
