The Purple Essential line of mattresses represents the Purple entry-level models. All of these use Purple’s signature polymer gel grid over various foam transition layers and a dense and supportive base foam. The original Purple Mattress is in the middle of this line.
BEST if you
- Prefer no 'memory feel' in your mattress
- Would like a mattress with excellent adjustable base compatibility
- Want it be very easy to move around and change positions during the night
- Like a little bounce in your mattress, but not much
NOT IDEAL if you
- Frequently sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support isn't the best, but is still pretty good)
