Sad

After 9 years of bliss, my Tempurpedic Cloud is wearing out. The memory foam is flattening and overall is getting lumpy. Over $4k it's sad it needs to be replaced already.

very low quality and services

Mattress Warehouse, is a badly run business with horrible customer service and very low quality of mattresses . I paid more than $4,000 for an adjustable up and down with a mattress from Mattress warehouse seven corners, Falls church VA- shop. This was the worst experience in my life ! Unfortunately I have had it about 45 days ago and it's just as horribly uncomfortable, I have constant neck pain that I never had until this mattress. I have also bought mattress pads and I am still in pain every single day from my shoulder being pushed into my body every night. When I went back to the same shop and meet with the manager,needs to return or exchange it as per their policy, the "manager" has to try to put me conditions in such a way that came back home and believe that they are really thieves, crooks who are trying to stole customers money !! first there is no return, also there is no exchange contrary to their policy as if you want to do, they will charge you the price of the transportation for picking up their bad mattress then they will charge you another time to deliver another one in addition to the first time delivery charges, that means if you wants to change your mattress , you need to pay for more than another new one !!! if so, I prefered to trash the mattress Warehouse one and to go to another competitor, more serious! as this company is only investing money in Marketing, collects the worst quality of mattresses in the market , sell it with the prices of good ones with now exchange or returns,Mattress Warehouse is just a fancy marketing scheme, Save your money ! and go to serious companies to get your mattress! Run away from this awful company and their hard as a brick mattresses. They spend all their money on ads, not in selecting good products good store managers or customer service. Contrary to your logo with your mattresses quality , Sleep can never happens !

Not worth the money

Torn on this review because my husband loves this mattress. He's been pain free since day 1. I, on the other hand, immediately developed a strange mid-back pain, side pain and lower back pain. I'm lightweight so it may be that I don't sink enough, but I also think my body needs the support of coils. The "Medium" is definitely more of a firm. I do enjoy the sinking feeling but I find that I don't sink enough and not in the right places. We are returning this mattress because after about 70 days, my back pain is getting worse. I know many people love Tempur-Pedics but I don't think a full memory foam mattress is for me. If you're built like me (narrow shoulders, wider hips, lightweight, narrow boned), I would think twice before buying this.

Mom is loving her bed

I purchased this bed for my 88 year old mother when we moved her to assisted living. It made part of the moving experience more fun for her and she tells me very often how much she loves her new bed and well she sleeps. She was bragging to me the other day that she had figured out how to push the button to make the bed softer or more firm.

Ahhh to ooh!

It was heavenly in the beginning. It was more than a honeymoon, that bed felt firm yet supple for a three years. Lately it's been a lot less supportive. A bed's support should outlast it's payment cycle. I admit, that I am hard to please due to back problems and a surgery. That's why I went with temper-pedic and paid the premium price. Now I starting to feel let down. My parents temput-pedic is 2 years older than mine and still nice and firm. Whats wrong with my contour elite?

Warranty is not backed!

I have personally loved my bed for the past 5 years. I have to have firm for my back. Unfortunately the airbags/ bladder as Tempur-Pedic refers to them no longer stays inflated and they said it isn’t cost affective to repair because they just end up with the same issues. Tempur-Pedic stated originally they would provide me credit towards what I paid even though their warranty states comparable product or pay the difference to upgrade. Their comparable to offer is the adapt none pro medium or medium hybrid. For weeks I was unable to even find a retailer that carried these to try out. Bed mart told me they don’t carry these two because they don’t give to the true Tempur-Pedic brand. I am unable to speak to a manager. I need a firm bed. Only comparable from what I tried was the pro adapt firm. Which is still a disappointment in profile size to what I currently have. Choice luxe is 14 inches. Tempur-Pedic does not back their warranty. The medium or medium hybrid don’t even have the zip off cover.

Terrible Mattress

Worst mattress for support. Memory foam began to tear and crack leaving a large lump in the center of the bed. Spent $3500.00 on the bed then was given a discount on the purchase price after they delivered the incorrect mattress 3 times. However, when I a filed a claim for warranty replacement I was told the model I purchased had been discontined. Therefore they would only give me a credit towards a much cheaper replacement mattress than the one I had a previously. If I wanted a mattress that was comparable to mine, they would have to charge me $1000.00 Why? I paid for a $3500.00 mattress. They have me a discount on the mattress when they tried to deliver the wrong mattress for the 3rd time. Therefore they gave me a partial refund for "inconvenience". Now I have to replace my $3500 mattress with a $2500 mattress. Because the invoice says so? It's not right! They won't even replace my mattress for a discontinued model because it's on sale/discounted...I have to pay full price price for a discontinued mattress that's 70% off. I was told it's only for new customers not a customer returning a mattress that has a manufacter defect.

HORRIBLE

This is the worst mattress ever! Since purchasing this mattress 4 years ago, I have yet to find a setting that feels good. We both sink to the middle. It feels somewhat decent if you hug the edge of the bed and don't move. It's hot and gets hotter the longer you lay hugging the edge so you roll over then BAM your rolling to the center. I read all the reviews before purchasing this piece of crap and now believe the positive reviews are bogus as are the reviews listed here. I would throw it in the trash except it cost so much. It's nothing more than a expensive blow up mattress with a small amount of foam. I will never purchase a tempurpedic mattress again. Until we get money saved we're stuck with this. I know why it's discontinued - it's crap!

Way to soft...

We bought this mattress from Mattress and they really miss led us about this mattress. Our original mattress was a Tempur-Pedic Celebrity which is was very firm and we loved it. We bought this because the store manager told us it was the firmest Tempur-Pedic currently had (which we now know was false). We then went back last week and they no longer carry Tempur-Pedic so we went to Mattress Warehouse and they had a great selection. We purchased a new king size Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt model 143573 and we love it. Very firm and even more comfortable than the Celebrity we used to have !!

1st 2 months like sleeping on top an ice skating rink

This was our 2nd Tempurpedic, first was Cloud Supreme, which after 2.5 yrs developed craters, and hump in the middle. TempurP did the right thing, replaced it, we chose Flex Supreme Breeze which was mistake, didn't realize the cover didn't zip off like the others I just liked that feature..but we got it last March 2018, and to me it was COLD and much harder feel than showroom tester. In 4 mos or so it did get softer, very comfy although still in winter too cold for me...but after 10 mos softened up a bit too much. My back sometimes is stiff & I don't have back problems, my husband does always did & this bed isn't helping...prob should have gotten the Countour I guess. More disturbing, was we live on water-the top white cover, developed a light big greyish stain-think a chemical reaction, as to make the bed not so cold and keep it nice I put a protective mattress cover over it. I don't like "wrinkling" under my sheet, removed it, saw the big greyish brown stain at bottom (we didn't have a dog no kids, not peep) I tried to clean it, baking soda Hydrogen Peroxide as other models suggest, it made it yellowish orangey. Also noticed slight 3/4" dip in middle of mattress, husbands side. I took photos as this happened at 11 months, wrote to the Ceo and "TJ" as they were accomodating last year, this time TJ said to send him pics of the stain, as I asked how to remove it. He said he'd send it to his R&D dept and advise. He didnt reply, only said they are not replacing it, & as "valued customers" we should visit a showroom to test a few beds. I thought I misunderstood asked if they would pay for a new bed..he said NO-so as a valued customer I can pay for a new one myself, even though it did not hold up for even 11 months! So now TJ & the Ceo blow me off alltogether,..and the reason TJ asked me to send him photos was to invalidate any chance of warranty, even though it is not a body fluid stain...it is a chemical reaction as to their secret chemical imo in the top cover! Shouldn't happen on a $4000 + bed!
