Terrible Mattress

Worst mattress for support. Memory foam began to tear and crack leaving a large lump in the center of the bed. Spent $3500.00 on the bed then was given a discount on the purchase price after they delivered the incorrect mattress 3 times. However, when I a filed a claim for warranty replacement I was told the model I purchased had been discontined. Therefore they would only give me a credit towards a much cheaper replacement mattress than the one I had a previously. If I wanted a mattress that was comparable to mine, they would have to charge me $1000.00 Why? I paid for a $3500.00 mattress. They have me a discount on the mattress when they tried to deliver the wrong mattress for the 3rd time. Therefore they gave me a partial refund for "inconvenience". Now I have to replace my $3500 mattress with a $2500 mattress. Because the invoice says so? It's not right! They won't even replace my mattress for a discontinued model because it's on sale/discounted...I have to pay full price price for a discontinued mattress that's 70% off. I was told it's only for new customers not a customer returning a mattress that has a manufacter defect.
