Great pressure point relief/not enough support for spine

I definitely need a firmer bed - this makes me back, hips and knees ache worse than any other bed I’ve slept in. It’s a shame because it feels like a cloud when you lie on it and has excellent pressure point relief.

From day one Martin listened to my story with such empathy of how my current bed was causing my severe back and lower neck pain which was not caused from Halstead bed purchase. He is a professional and knew exactly what mattress to recommend, and well...it did the trick! In a few short weeks we received our new bed. I could nearly jump out of bed again. it was a miracle being referred to Halstead and we will never look elsewhere again. From sale to delivery it was such a positive experience. The all natural latex pillows seemed to help too with my C5/C6 neck pain. I just cant remember the last time I slept so well. And thank you to the team for packaging it so well for transport. Excellent, although expensive

I am a heavy side/back combination sleeper. So far it has been great. I wish it was not as expensive and I wish there was an option for a Firm Hybrid. Overall I am very satisfied so far.

Tempur-Pedic Orange the bed for you

This mattress is worth the money. It has provided a comfortable sleep for over 6 years with no problems or issues and we expect a few more years quality sleep. Our one issue was the mattress controller got broken and could not be replaced. Visiting the store Sleep Country Belleville we were told the controller was replaced in newer models. The salesman searched the store and found a matching controller in his stock room and gave it to us without charge. Now that’s what I call customer service. We will return whenever we need anything in associated with bedding.

Great comfort but too High

My dad bought these beds for my mom and himself. My mom was immobile and dad was just old. They both liked firm mattresses. The only real problem they had with the beds was that they were too high. My mom couldn’t get into the bed and dad feared she would fall out so we took the legs off. Better for my mom but now too low for dad as he need help getting up. My mom slept comfortably on the bed for three years before she passed. Dad opted to sleep in his old queen bed until he passed. The great thing about the bed is the way I contours to your body. It makes a mold of you. When you would turn at night, it took a few minutes for the memory foam to catch up but when it did, you were perfectly cradled. I should have just purchased new shorter legs for the bed. Dad would benefited from the comfort and support.

Best mattress ever! Would love to find it's clone!

I actually purchased this bed from a resale store. I sat on it at the store and it felt firm when I first day but then I began to sink down in. I was completely in love! I suffer from back pain and arthritis and this bed has been my savior for years now. I wish they would start to manufacture it again. The mattresses made now are nowhere near the quality this one is but, she's getting old and it's time for a replacement. 😭😭😭

Worthless Warranty

We bought Tempur-Pedic mattresses a few years ago, and after two years one mattress failed to provide support. I submitted a claim, which was swiftly denied, with comments about the surface sag measurement when the mattress is not in use. The mattress has failed. The mattress does not properly support me, and I sink more than half the depth of the mattress in the center, with the head and foot positions remaining at near-full depth, basically creating a hole for my mid-section to sink into. Tempur-Pedics warranty criteria isn't relevant to the qualities we look for in a mattress, rather their production factors and an arbitrary measurement that has absolutely nothing to do with comfort or support. Tempur-Pedics customer service was quick to respond with a denial of our request, and spurned our requests for a representative to come to our home to observe the mattress failure. Never again Tempur-Pedic.
