Horrible mattress
The salesgirl at Ashley Home Store told me to give it the ninety days before deciding on it. I had told her that I sat on it right after I received it and the whole side caved in. I would have no problem believing that this mattress was previously used and returned. I gave it the ninety days and never had a morning where my back didn’t hurt. I got hold of my salesgirl right after the ninety days. She had been on vacation and texted that she would exchange it. I kept getting texts telling me the delivery dates and times the mattress would arrive. It never did and when I went to the store to find out what was happening, I was told that I complained 4 days after the ninety days and no exchange could be made. I really hate this mattress and am stuck with it. I would never buy another Tempur-Pedic mattress again, nor will I ever do business with any Ashley store.
