No edge firmness at all, broken down so as to slip off edge

This mattress has 0 edge support. It’s completely broken down. Warranty process is beyond difficult to get help. $1200 wasted!

Failed inspection after less than two years

This mattress became completely worn and unserviceable after less than two years. The Retailer sent an inspector who affirmed that the mattress needs replaced under the warranty but still hasn't done so after 3 years. I will not purchase another Serta no but from this retailer again (A K Nahas.)

AVOID SERTA PRODUCTS AND THE BRICK MATTRESS STORE

I bought a Serta mattress from the Brick and it started to sag within 6 months of use. When I contacted the Brick, I was told they couldn't do anything because Serta doesn't warranty sagging. Really!? Horrible experience and I would avoid both the Brick and Serta.

Don't Waste Your Money

When this mattress was first purchased it was okay. Not great, just okay at support and comfort. Within 6 months (and the end of the trial period) the mattress started forming divits under our bodies. We tried "punching" them out, rotating the mattress, but it just got worse over time. We moved it to our guest room and went back to our old mattress. Incredibly disappointed in a mattress this expensive. I honestly have experienced more comfort with a $350 mattress. Won't make this costly of a mistake again.

Great! But I got it in 2008.

This bed was perfection for me! But it's going into year 13, and it's not as comfortable as in years past. It has had a 12 year run! (purchased 11/22/2008) I really would like to purchase another set, but cannot find it. Looks great, but it's old, and I wake up in the morning with neck pain.

Good buy

I love this mattress. We bought a Serta adjustable bed frame and the combination is wonderful. Would recommend to anyone.

best mattress ever

I miss my Vera Wang. It was getting old depression in fanny area so I thought better get a new bed. This Vera bed was discontinued so I purchased a Stearns & Foster, worse bed I have ever had! With the Vera bed I looked forward to going to bed. The Foster and Smith has just caused me pain day after day today after 2 years went to Denver mattress and bought a Doctors choice hope it helps. Wish I could get another V.W. bed I am so sad I gave up my bed. Hate Hate Hate Stearns and Foster!

Do not buy

This bed sucks when it sagged enough to warranty it out the guy claimed that we had removed the mattress tags and that voided the warranty.....it had no tags and if it did the dirty delivery guys removed it the whole thing is a scam the bed was only held up for about 1 year ill never buy this brand again

You get what you pay for

I've had this mattress for a little under 6 years now, and it has help up OK but I've always needed to use a think mattress topper and it now it completely collapsed in the middle.

I've had this bed for 5 years and it has given me more ba...

I've had this bed for 5 years and it has given me more back problems than i had before i started using it. They replaced it once and its still horrible. Its also super hot. Tried a topper and new frame and that didn't even help. I would never recommend it. Serta service was horrible. They claim they want you to be satisfied but they can care less.
