Slightly better than sleeping on the ground

We bought this mattress from Mattress Firm about 5 years ago. It has been the most God awful decision we’ve made. The mattress got worse with time. I will never buy another hybrid or memory foam mattress again. Finally pulled the trigger ona real investment in sleep (100% Talalay) which will be arriving this week. To say I’m ecstatic to get rid of this Serta is a massive understatement!

The best bed I’ve ever slept On. Well worth the price. Only issue is that it weighs a ton and doesn’t have any handles to hold on to when moving.

I bought the I cool had to wait 3-4 months to get it was recommended firm absolutely had no support - had it exchanged after getting the run around an asked for the firmest / it was firmer but not by much - I refer my old sleep number an as soon as I can replace this matters in the next couple of months I will but not a serta an not from where I bought this from either

New with Valleys

Bought a new mattress that has 2 valleys and a hump in the middle. Only had it one night. Slept on one side and just saw the double valleys like 2 people already slept on it and the memory foam remembered them as they resold it to me.

Feels like bar down middle of bed

I find it already sagging on both sides but it feels like a bar down middle of my queen bed. It's only 4 mths old. I even put a extra 3 inch memory foam topper on it and I can still feel the bar. Had I not bought it brand new for $1250 one would think it was refurbished. Due to covid-19 I thought i would purchase from my local mattress store but I feel that I was taken advantage of as my mobility isn't that good and everything seemed very rushed.

Hurts my neck and shoulders

This mattress is painful to sleep on. I've had issues with my neck and shoulders with it. I'm excited to replace it with a coil spring mattress. I will never buy memory foam again.

You’re throwing your money away

The mattress was comfortable for about 6 months, it very quickly deteriorated and began to sag on the sides and develop a hump in the middle where the base of the mattress frames meet. My wife refuses to sleep on it. Had to replace the mattress after 3 years.

Love my mattress….

I will never buy a mattress with springs again! It’s a little too thick, but maybe it needs to be to give the comfort that it does. I bought the “display model” because they weren’t getting any more of that Vera Wang mattress. It had a few marks on it because customers would try it out, so consequently, I paid a lot less. I believe the original price was $3000-$3200. I’m not sure how much longer the mattress will/should last. The top layer is kind of saggy in 2 places, but it still feels good to me. When I’m ready to buy another mattress, I will probably shop for the same one.
