Want to throw away a lot of money then buy this mattress?

We had the same mattress for 10 years and decided it was time to get a new mattress. We went into Hudsons Furniture and they had a whole new computerized bed selector to help us purchase our perfect mattress. We were given a choice of 3 different mattresses and picked the iComfort. We were excited about the bed delivery and went through the off gassing days and the "break in" days and finally after about 2 months were getting a good night sleep. We loved the mattress for about 9 months... and then my husbands hips started hurting and my back started hurting. It was difficult to get out of bed in the morning from the pain the bed had caused us. We are both side sleepers The computer selector said this mattress was perfect for side sleepers) and tend to sleep on the edge of the bed. We started noticing the edges of the bed were sagging, this had never happened with any other mattress. (Yes we rotated our mattress.) Unfortunately there is no side support, the sides are now sagging about 5 inches. This means in the middle of the night I start to slide off the bed! I find myself throughout the night waking up to get myself back in bed because I have literally slid into the night stand. My husband has started sleeping in the middle of the bed to stop from sliding off. We might as well have purchased a twin bed for all the usable space we have on this bed! All I can say to anyone looking to purchase a mattress DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!!

Don't waste your money

My husband and I purchased our mattress about three years ago. This is actually our second one. The first mattress delivered was a) way too firm and b) had a busted seam. Serta replaced the first mattress but the second mattress has still been very firm compared to the one in the store and it's been almost three years. Also, after about six months, it already started sagging and now it's so bad that the material on top is bunching up in the middle and the dips are awful. We hate this mattress and have hated it since we first got it. Don't waste your money. Also, mine is a pillow top. It doesn't have memory foam in it.

This has been a very strange experience, and I never thought I would have a problem with a mattress. I was looking for a fairly firm mattress and liked what I experience at the Mattress Firm store. When mine was delivered it felt too firm and I called the store to get it returned and they said I could not have my old matress back and to give it some time. Now that I have done that they say I missed the cutoff. I am ready to give the matress, sheets and everything away. I have to move around to find a spot that is firm and not too soft. I never have had a matress that changed so much from when it was new. Big mistake!!!

After just 3 years of use, worthless.

We each have a sink hole where we usually sleep. Creates back and neck pain. You can really feel the difference between our "usual areas" and the very middle, where it's more like when we bought it (king mattress). Complete rip off.

Way to firm can't sleep on it and company won't return.

The first night no sleep at I'm the morning very stiff neck.second night forced to sleep on sofa. Call for refund but I got a big no I'm out 2000 dollars. I will never deal with this company again.

warranty

i spent good money at our local furniture store for this mattress, within a year i requested a relacement due to sagging where we lay and they refused saying it didnt sag enough to replace it. I kept my reciept and tried again the two years later to the same answer. this mattress is deplorable to me, it has a 10 year warranty and now after 7 years i have misplaced my receipt i am stuck with it
