The worst mattress, the worst customer service!

This has been the most expensive and the absolute worst mattress we have ever had to sleep on. This has also been the absolute worst customer service experience, from both Raymour and Flanigan, and Serta. When we lay on the mattress we sink into it about 10 inches, we have to grab onto the side of the mattress to climb out of it! This does not support our backs we wake up every day in agony, we have stopped sleeping on this bed actually. What a horrible waste of money. Raymour & Flanagan will do nothing to help, I keep calling, setting up appointments for someone to come out, they never have anything available for at least three weeks, and when someone finally does come out he takes a ruler and nothing will be done if the indents are not more than 5 inches deep not sitting on the mattress or laying on it. There are no indentations until you lay down on it! And then you are sunk in the pit of horror and can barely get out. Neither R&F will do anything, nor will Serta. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK unless you want terrible back pain and terrible customer service.
