Way to firm can't sleep on it and company won't return.

The first night no sleep at I'm the morning very stiff neck.second night forced to sleep on sofa. Call for refund but I got a big no I'm out 2000 dollars. I will never deal with this company again.

warranty

i spent good money at our local furniture store for this mattress, within a year i requested a relacement due to sagging where we lay and they refused saying it didnt sag enough to replace it. I kept my reciept and tried again the two years later to the same answer. this mattress is deplorable to me, it has a 10 year warranty and now after 7 years i have misplaced my receipt i am stuck with it

there is a hill in the middle of the mattress

For the money we thought this would be as good as our Englander, however, not the case. There is a solid hump in the middle of the bed.

SAGS and leaves body impression in short time

We bought this mattress set thru Sam's Club and had it delivered the end of June. Initially it was fine. I did notice in a few months sagging and since there is no way to turn it over tried to reverse the top to bottom part. I will state for the record, this is a second home and as such the bed is not used daily. I am 115 lbs and my husband is 250 lbs. The indent is on both sides. It has a guarantee of 10 years and it can't keep its shape less than 6 months. I feel like I am in a hole and it makes it hard to turn over. If you want a product that does not stand up, it is for you. I paid $1700 and have now contacted Sam's Club to return it and refund my money. Let's see what happens. If Serta doesn't stand behind this, I am hopeful that Sam's Club will.

sagging

Ive had the mattress 6 days.. Out of the 6 days I have slept good 1 night, due to exhaustion.. I have hurt in my shoulders, neck, and middle back.... The mattress already has a sink hole in it that does not go away.

Fine for a few years, now no support

This was an incredibly expensive bed when we bought it, and took years to pay off. It was fine for several years, and I loved how cozy it felt climbing in each night. I don't sleep hot, so I've never had issues with it being too warm over the years. Sadly, a few years ago I started having frequent low back pain, and it has gotten worse over time. I started to suspect that the mattress was to blame, because I had the most pain while trying to change positions at night, and could hardly move in the mornings. I began sleeping on an older inner-spring mattress we had in our guest room, and immediately confirmed that our iComfort Prodigy bed - such a splurge for us - was indeed to blame for my pain. We are heading out shopping for a new mattress today. I am frustrated that it may take years to find out if we made the right choice. I know I'm not spending that kind of money again. Very sad.
