Called Roomstogo today due to sagging areas in mattress

RTG is sending person to inspect & will lmk if they can help w/ this 9 month old bed. Less Comfort & more pain in back & hip. Dips in mattress on both sides of bed. I’m short & 200 lbs, He’s tall & 215lbs. We rotate mattress every 2-3 months.

This was given to me in May 2015. I have never been satisfied. Do not like spring mattress. Do not like not being able to flip it. I think that is reason it is wearing out so soon. I do turn often. Would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

took my money and ran

mattress failed within months sags in the middle feels like sleeping on a hillside with your partner trying to not crash in the middle store where purchased refuses to hear my complaints tried to get used to mattress to no avail stay away

hard as rock

we had cali king bed and mattress that gave to our son and treated ourselves to a new beautiful bed, and this mattress came with it.... my husband started complaining 1 st week, i just told him he is a whino until i developed ax excruciating lower back pain, i blamed gym for....after numerous chiropractic sessions and going bk to sq 1, and continuous back, neck, shoulders knees from husband we agreed that it is this particular mattress. the worst is to wake up to beat up. currently looking for replacement.

Unuseable after 3 years

I weigh 130lbs, 5"4 and my husband weighs 190 lbs. We aren't big people. This mattress felt great for the first year and then completely started sagging, particularly on my husband's side. It's been just shy of three years and we wake up every morning with back pain. The dipping is so noticeable that we can't even sell it or use it in a guest room. We are now in the market for a new mattress.

Time for a new bed

This bed was handed down from my parents 7 years ago. I sure you can say they had it for sometime so it be broke in to their sleeping habits

GREAT MATTRESS, UNSURE ABOUT MATTRESS COVERS

We love the mattress, but the covers that were recommended to keep it pristine did not work well with the fitted sheet, so we removed it. We recommend a much better fit in the future to keep the mattresses clean and sanitary.

Mattress developed a huge hump in the middle of the bed.

Bought a new mattress because the old one was 20 years old. We moved into our retirement home, so we wanted all new furniture. Very expensive mistake.

Good for single, but not as shared

I had this mattress for 4.5 years when I was sleeping mostly by myself. This is a queen mattress. However when I am sharing the mattress with someone, it's a little too soft for us. The dent on the heavier person is large enough to make the other person uncomfortable. As a single person, I loved this mattress, especially as a side sleeper. I would sink fit so well into the mattress.

Love the look and very comfortable
