Lost it shap, support.

The fabrics held up ok. The mattress support systems Failed big time. The mattress is sagging on both sides And humped up in middle. Never had a mattress do this before. My wife and I are normal weight people. Would not recommend this mattress to anyone

Harder than the showroom bed

Right away I noticed a huge difference in the bed they delivered and the one I tried in the showroom. After confirming it was the same model and the one I ordered and tried, I was told there is a break-in period. So I accepted that and learned to live with it. Started having back pain and only in the a.m. Had to get out of bed the moment I woke up because it hurt so bad. Went to a chiropractor thinking maybe I didn't something to it. It didn't help. Stayed with an aunt for several weeks and noticed my back didn't hurt. Called where I bought the bed and, even though its been longer than the 120 days, they offered an exchange. There are two troughs on each side, even though we rotate the bed every 1-2 months. We are not large people. The bed is 9 months old and I noticed the indents several months ago.

Absolutely terrible mattress DO NOT BUY

Awful mattress. Both my husband and I have terrible back pain from this and we’ve had it not even four years. It’s lumpy and bumpy, forget about getting comfortable because there’s no way to sleep that doesn’t hurt. I’m 30! This shouldn’t be an issue. And it’s gotten so bad we just bought a new mattress. Would rather spend the extra money than deal w this. Will never buy a cheaper mattress again. Terrible.

Top stitches ame loose, crazy wrinkles!

The fabric on top came loose and now has unmanageable wrinkles that we have to sleep on every night. Drives us nuts! For the price, should have gotten more than 2 years out of it. Very disappointed

Serta Southton smart react

after 4 months, it had indentions, worst mattress I have ever owned, will never shop at Mattress Firm again, no matter how good the deal will be, had to buy another mattress within 2 years, and just throw away 1200. Come to find out this mattress is now after 2 years discontinued, no wonder I hope the go out of business.

Bed has developed indentations over the 6 years

Mattress has a 10 yr warranty. We will be contacting Serta to see what if anything they are willing to do for us. It's gotten to the point where we are NOT sleeping well and are backs are both hurting us. For the money we spent we are very disappointed w/the quality of this mattress. This is NOT a good value!

Poor service

We bought this mattress because our sales person spoke so highly of it. It slept good for a few months. Then we began to have this roll off the side feeling. We have had the dealer look at it on 2 occasions with absolutely no follow up after they leave. Nothing has been done to help. We are now looking at the mattresses to buy. Very bad feeling toward the dealer as well as Serta.

I hate this mattress

I hate this mattress more than I have ever known it was possible to hate a mattress. It’s awful. The support was gone immediately and they replaced it within 6 months. Now I have the same awful mattress and am looking for a new one as I prefer sleeping on the couch or with my toddler in his twin bed ban I do my own bed. I’m tired and cranky. I HATE THIS MATTRESS!!!
