We were sent the Serta Perfect Sleeper Trelleburg mattress as a second replacement under warrenty. Original mattress was purchased in Winter 2014. Each of the 2 warrenty replacement mattresses including the Trelleburg have failed in the same way. The side support of the mattress is GONE! If you sleep too close to the edge of the bed you will run the risk of falling off onto the floor. We are seniors. We are tall thin people. There is no way that sitting on the edge of this mattress given our weight could have compromised the side support. DO NOT BUY SERTA.

We had high hopes for this bed but the pillow top buckled and shifted and leaves indententations where we sleep. Not even a year old, worst mattress we have ever slept on.

Don't buy this bed unless you like sleeping in a canoe
We've now had this mattress for just over a year and have been significantly disappointed. Specifically, this mattress gives sleeping 'in' bed and 'climbing' out of bed a new meaning. Less than 2 months into owning the mattress, we found that we would wake up in what literally felt like a canoe as we would sink far into the mattress while sleeping. This has led to a lot of sleeplessness and occasional back aches and needing to literally climb up hill to get out of the bed in the morning. Our retailer did send a technician out to look at the situation and he was able to make some adjustments that provided some degree of temporary relief, but 2 months later the mattress has returned to it's prior poor performance. Neither of us are large people, so this is not a weight issue. We believe it's a design fault and will have to seriously think about buying a Serta again.

Initially, this mattress was very comfortable. First few months, to maybe a year, it was great. Then it started sagging where we lay. We got a foam topper to try and help with the comfort and it helped for a while. We’ve had this mattress for almost exactly 4 years and my husband will no longer sleep on it due to back pain it causes. My back and hip pain are worse after sleeping in it, too. There is obvious sagging of this mattress when you look at it. A great disappointment.

You can feel when your sleeping partner makes even the slightest movement on the other side of the bed. I tried to return but they would not let me at Mattress Direct. I should write the Dr. who works here in Baton Rouge and tell him about his mattress. The mattress does not really feel firm. Everytime my husband turns I feel it and this is king bed. Never had this before with my old Sealy mattress from 1996 to 2016. I bought a Dr. Green Mattress because I saw his mattresses in the store plus he was my mom's dr. So I thought it got to be good. NOT. I may write maybe he will help me.
