Sleeping on the floor is better

I could not find my receipt so no one would help us with this nightmare of a bed. I have spent thousands of dollars on chiropractic and massage due to shoulder and neck pain. I changed my pillow several times, this bed has never been comfortable. Finally picking up a new bed today. I can’t wait to finally sleep in my bed. Unable to sleep on this Trump bed most nights. I usually move to the couch or floor because I can’t fall asleep in this bed and my movement wakes my husband up. He also hates the bed but is less sensitive to it.

We want a new mattress exactly like this old mattress!

This has been an extremely good mattress but my husband is a large man and has worn the sides so that it feels as though we are falling off the bed. The middle of the mattress is still in excellent condition. I want to purchase the exact same mattress again because we have been very pleased with it.

showed pictures to Serta for warranty and they said it had to be 1.5 inch sag, this matress has been sleep on for 8 months and there is a hump in the middle and sags at the place where we lay. The Brick...where we bought it is coming to look at it for warranty. Will not buy another Serta Mattress. Our 12 year old mattress was not this bad!!!

The cooling memory foam doesn't work at all

I bought this mattress at Sam's. Lots of good reviews on Sams website but they were all imported from Serta website and obviously edited. Not one of the 65 or so reviews mentioned sleeps hot. After I ordered the Serta iComfort Blue Fusion 300 Plush Pillowtop Hybrid at Sams I happened across this website. The reviews here on goodbed had more than 50% say it sleeps hot. Now I need to return it to Sam's because it does sleep very hot. Will definitely check reviews on goodbed before buying something else. Hard to trust reviews anymore because the companies can pay to have bad reviews removed.

This doesn’t feel like the mattress in the showroom. I tried it out twice in the showroom for about 20 minutes each time. This is firmer and a bit lumpy. Not that comfortable. Sometimes my hips hurt when I wake up in the morning. My other bed is a Serta that’s 8/9 years old and it’s way more comfortable than this one.

warrenty useless

We were sent the Serta Perfect Sleeper Trelleburg mattress as a second replacement under warrenty. Original mattress was purchased in Winter 2014. Each of the 2 warrenty replacement mattresses including the Trelleburg have failed in the same way. The side support of the mattress is GONE! If you sleep too close to the edge of the bed you will run the risk of falling off onto the floor. We are seniors. We are tall thin people. There is no way that sitting on the edge of this mattress given our weight could have compromised the side support. DO NOT BUY SERTA.
