after 4 months, it had indentions, worst mattress I have ever owned, will never shop at Mattress Firm again, no matter how good the deal will be, had to buy another mattress within 2 years, and just throw away 1200. Come to find out this mattress is now after 2 years discontinued, no wonder I hope the go out of business.

Mattress has a 10 yr warranty. We will be contacting Serta to see what if anything they are willing to do for us. It's gotten to the point where we are NOT sleeping well and are backs are both hurting us. For the money we spent we are very disappointed w/the quality of this mattress. This is NOT a good value!

We bought this mattress because our sales person spoke so highly of it. It slept good for a few months. Then we began to have this roll off the side feeling. We have had the dealer look at it on 2 occasions with absolutely no follow up after they leave. Nothing has been done to help. We are now looking at the mattresses to buy. Very bad feeling toward the dealer as well as Serta.
I hate this mattress more than I have ever known it was possible to hate a mattress. It’s awful. The support was gone immediately and they replaced it within 6 months. Now I have the same awful mattress and am looking for a new one as I prefer sleeping on the couch or with my toddler in his twin bed ban I do my own bed. I’m tired and cranky. I HATE THIS MATTRESS!!!
Caved in and the manufacturer sent someone out to check it. They actually fluffed up the mattress and bounced it up and down to get it to be more full before they measured it. It have caved in 3/4 inches lowerer than the rest of the mattress after the fluffing and they said it was not defective. I fall into a hole every night and can't sleep. Never had back problems and now I do. Last mattress we had for over 10 years. No problems just wanted to from queen to king. :-( Bought it at Macy's. Don't recommend them either.

Too expensive for what is offered. Not true to size, smaller by more than 2inches. Initially I bought the most expensive 'queen' size mattress in the store with the adjustable base. I noticed that it was smaller than a queen but bigger than a full. I went to the store and the return process went smoothly. I purchased the king instead of a queen this time. Second mattress was STILL smaller than a king, but bigger than a queen. I am not satisfied at all. I got the next lower grade quality because I was not impressed with the expensive one. Still not impressed. I have a five bedroom home, so I own another king and queen beds; I compared sizes. The JCP mattresses are smaller than my existing mattresses. The staff at the store thought I was nuts, but I invite anyone to check out my claim and see the difference in size. The fitted sheets are loose. I kept the king because I'm not going to keep at this, I just wanted a new adjustable bed. I am not happy with my purchase. Please measure the mattress you purchase and you'll see what I mean. My two separate purchases, queen and king, can't be wrong. The mattresses are not worth the price and they feel like my old mattress. I can deal with getting used to a new bed, but seeing the mattress smaller than what I already have in another room, makes me feel like I didn't make a wise purchase. My money was not well spent. Buyer beware.
After less than 2 years this mattress lost it's support
We filed a claim with the retailer where we purchased the mattress and showed the two hollows that my husband and I were sleeping in with the island bump in the middle. Claim was denied. Very dissatisfied with this mattress and the non-existent customer service-

Body Impressions are major - but the warranty only covers mattresses with more than 1 1/2" impression when not in the bed. Ours is at 3/4", and may never reach that limit. There is a significant hump in the centre, which I've had to resort to sleeping on, since the sag on my side of the bed causes hip pain. We've rotated the mattress 90 degrees every few months, but the sag exists on all sides, with the rise in the middle.

We purchased thinking this was firm, the purchase was for our summer lakefront used on weekends. It started breaking down at 8 months the Brick had a warranty of 6 months.They told us that we would have to go to Serta.They wanted us to take photos and go through lots of hoops in hoping that we get discouraged.I sent an email to Serta no response
don't buy this product there is no warranty????? It will most likely go to
the dump, it will be 3 years old next Feb and maybe one year usage.Expensive year $2000.00
