1st mattress replaced, this is 2nd one

We have had two mattresses from this company. Our first mattress was replaced after owning it for only 18months when the measurements showed a 2"dip in certain areas. Our 2nd replacement mattress was delivered 6 months ago and the comfort has begun to fail with the sagging impressions becoming noticeable once again. Will have to replace this 2nd mattress because it has become impossible to sleep on through the night. Very disappointed in the overall quality and the short amount of time it took to fail.

Exchanged first mattress because it was too soft and roll...

Exchanged first mattress because it was too soft and rolled up on the edges. Got the firm mattress and it rolled up on the edges. Feel like I have to pull myself up the slope and I still end up in the middle - which sags. Lot of money for something that irritates me every time I get in it!

Defective Mattress

I've consistently turned this mattress as advised by the retailer that sold it to me, but whenever I turn it to one particular position my back goes out. It's like a soft spot in the mattress that isn't visible and is therefore not covered under warranty. I'm forced to leave the mattress in one position and it's developing uncomfortable impressions.

I LOVE THIS BED!!

I can't say it enough - I love this bed! It's by far the best bed we have EVER owned. It's comfortable the second you lie down, and there's very little motion transfer so if one of us gets up in the middle of the night we aren't waking the other. I usually fall asleep within minutes of going to bed, and stay that way. My kids and my mom all say they're going to kick us out of our room for it...not happening. :) I am SO happy we bought this bed - it is worth EVERY penny. One downside is that it's a bit heavy so changing sheets is a little challenging. But, that's nothing compared to how it has changed the way we sleep every night. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone!

Poor Customer Service

Purchased a Nature series bed. Was delivered a Nature Romance. Tried to call Latex Bliss customer service to find out the difference. Bed Pros couldn't tell me. I questioned because the bed seems much more firm than the one on the showroom floor. I've call six plus times and no response from Latex Bliss Bed Pros told me they would find out and no response from them either. So far my customer service experience has been a negative. Although Scott at Bed Pros has been very helpful and sold us a topper at cost to make up for the issue. My guess is they can't get a response from Latex Bliss either. I hope I don't have a warranty issue because at this stage nothing will get done.

Latex was not my first choice

I had a memory foam mattress that was great until I developed a back problem. I needed to get a firm mattress so I could easily get out of or roll over. I purchased a highly rated innerspring mattress which was returned and I went shopping for a firm, not hard mattress. While waiting for the store manager he put me on a latex mattress while waiting. 20 minutes later I went to my first choice innerspring. The latex mattress was better and then trying the different models I found the just right mattress. Soft and firm at the same time. I do not sink into the mattress, I float on top. Goldilocks would be so happy!

Horrible

Believe the reviews - The,store model felt awesome, the new mattress delivered to our home is way too hard! Initially easy to fall asleep but will wake up often/ constantly changing position to remedy body aches. My back is destroyed! Have had the Bliss Nature for 5 months now - gave a fair try, now faced with a return and a loss of $1500 in an exchange for a top rated traditional mattress. local store has now dropped line. Finally.. pain free

We bought a Brand Name $800 mattress five years ago and it seemed like a good one at first. Within six months I was not happy. I called them about getting a different mattress and suddenly their wonderful warranty was not so wonderful. Basically, I was stuck. For the past two years I've gone to chiropractors to deal with the back pains. I have to be dead tired in order to go to bed and be able to fall asleep through the pain. When I laid down on the Latex Bliss in the store (on my left side) it only took less than five minutes for my back pain to go away. I could have fallen asleep right there in the store. I was only getting five or six hours of sleep on that other brand name mattress. I'd have to wake up in order to turn over because the pain was so much. Anyway, the Latex Bliss was delivered on Friday afternoon. Today is WEDNESDAY. I've had four wonderful pain free nights on this bed so far. I actually look forward to going to bed. I've used a CPAP machine since 2005. I don't move around much when I sleep because I feel like I'm tethered. That's part of the problem. My body is sore from laying in one place in one position, night after night. I have not felt this rested in a long long time. FOUR NIGHTS and I'm convinced this is the answer.

In Pain and Physical Therapy!

My husband and I purchased this bed just as we were moving into our new custom built home, specifically constructed to minimize my allergy sensitivities. We liked the natural materials and chemical free sleeping idea. But, a little over a year later, we've finally realized the mattress is to blame for our both being in weekly physical therapy to address back, neck, and shoulder pain! We wake up every morning feeling elderly.... Trying to just "get moving" so that we get some relief. For reference, we are mid-30s and both otherwise in great health, and both slender. I wake up many times a night with tingling arms from the lack of support in the bed. I have knots in my shoulder and neck that make it hard to turn my head the opposite direction of the side I sleep on. My husband has muscle spasms in his back and shoulder pain. I'm a side sleeper, he's a back sleeper. The bed has obvious "dips" where we sleep despite us both beings underweight! We've even gone further and invested in the 2" topper, hoping that it would help. But, alas, no improvement. We are starting to accept that our very expensive purchase is going to have to be lost as the cost of physical therapy and pain is outweighing the investment at this point. I am very disappointed in the product. While it absolutely delivered on my no off gass and allergy friendliness, it has failed on allowing us to sleep well and to wake up feeling healthy.

No More Stiffness

When recovering after a broken leg, I could no longer sleep on my previous mattress - my hips knotted up and were very painful. Since this mattress arrived, I have never had this problem. Even before the leg accident, I was always stiff after getting up each morning. Now, I do not have that problem! I love this new mattress. There are no pressure points and I sleep better than ever!
